Directions to Coleshill Cottage:

 

From Jct. 27 of the M5 motorway turn onto the A361 towards Tiverton and Barnstaple. Take the very first exit signposted to Sampford Peverell turn left at the mini roundabout at the top of the slip road. Go through the village of Sampford Peverell, past the 2 pubs, The Globe on your right and The Merriemeade on your left. Continue over the bridge over the canal, ignoring the immediate first right turn and  take the second turning on your right signposted to Uplowman. After a short distance at the T-junction turn left towards Uplowman. Carry on for approximately 1 mile until you reach Uplowman with The Redwoods Inn straight in front of you. At this crossroads go straight across. Follow the road around and take the first turning on the right signposted Staple Cross and Hockworthy. After 1 mile take the first turning on your right (unmarked lane) and another 1 mile further along you will find Coleshill Cottage on your left.  (Please be aware that this is a single track lane and care must be taken when meeting oncoming traffic, tractors, fox hounds etc!!)
